First of all i suggest you take off the picture of goku on the right hand side as it is screwing up ur layout dude. The navigation thing is all over on the right side!!
(IM NOT BEING A HARD ASS, JUST CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM .. lol)
and now for the left side, you have a gif file of goku being a supersaiyan, as cool as that looks, it first makes ur page lag , therefore makes u loose visitors
and looks cheesy
so i took the liberty of making you one the same size 
if u want it take it, or otherwise forget abou tit.
now for that version 2.0 part that u have on ur main page, i suggest u put the one i made for u on instead.
if u look at the top right hand side of the picture u can see the version 2.0 , if u want me to make it larger just say so.
and lastly , i hope ur not pissed at me for not coming on the forum and helping you out with ur layout problems. THis is because i have been very busy the last couple of days with personel problems and havent worked on 9x at all recently. I also have decided to take a leave of abcense from 9x until christmas because i dont have the time to work on it. There is also a new layout coming out by shawn so it doenst really matter, that i will be gone.
